A BILL to repeal section one-b, article two, chapter twenty-seven
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to the deinstitutionalization
of residents of Colin Anderson center.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES.
§1.Repeal of section relating to deinstitutionalization of
residents at Colin Anderson center.
That section one-b, article two, chapter twenty-seven of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
